Every Monk includes complimentary delivery. Our team will place your Monk where you want it and remove all the packaging – all you need to do is fill it up and turn it on.

Do you deliver everywhere?
We deliver across most of the UK as standard. If you’re based outside the UK or in certain remote locations (AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, Eire, Northern Ireland, or offshore Isles), a surcharge may apply – simply contact us at orders@discovermonk.com for a tailored quote.
Yes. Standard delivery is between 9 am and 5 pm on working days, and it could be anywhere within that timeframe. If you’d like a specific slot, we offer the below upgrades at checkout:
- Pre‑1 pm – £60 surcharge
- Post‑1 pm – £60 surcharge
- 9 am delivery – £120 surcharge
Monk is designed to live beautifully indoors or outdoors, and comes with an outdoor cover for protection against the elements.
There are a few key considerations:
Monk is 70cm wide and fits through standard doorways, but if your space has tight corners or narrow staircases, we’ll help you plan ahead. Once you order, we’ll send you a pre‑delivery checklist to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Monk weighs 110 kg when empty and holds up to 300 L of water, and needs at least 30 cm of space around the back grill so the cooling system has enough airflow.
WARRANTY
Every Monk includes a 1‑year warranty with both remote (phone/email) and on‑site support from our servicing team of brilliant engineers. If anything goes wrong, we’ll prioritise fixing it – if it can’t be repaired, we’ll replace it. View full warranty details.
