The Monk Smart Ice Bath brings precision, elegance, and intelligence to cold water therapy. Designed for seamless daily use—no ice required, no guesswork involved. Just set your temperature, drop in, and reset.
Monk cools down to 3°C, holds steady, and filters itself—so it’s always ready when you are. Built with stainless steel and marine-grade components, it’s made to live outside. And last.
Whether you're recovering from training or recharging your mind, Monk makes cold water therapy simple, clean, and deeply effective.

SHIPPING
Out of the Valley saunas are delivered fully prefabricated, ensuring the highest quality standards and efficient construction in the controlled environment of our workshop. Once completed, your sauna will be carefully loaded onto a truck for delivery to your site by the Out of the Valley team. They will then lift it into place using the appropriate equipment, such as a HIAB, telehandler, or crane. With the right lifting tools, they can even hoist the sauna over hedges or buildings if necessary. For sites with heavily restricted access, they can offer onsite assembly, with pricing determined following a site assessment.
Monk's ice baths are delivered once the Tyto sauna is completed. Monk's team handle delivery, placement and removal of any packaging - ready for you to plunge!

LEAD TIME
Out of the Valley's sauna's are custom made at a 3-6 month lead time.
Together, Monk and Out of the Valley pass on all their manufacturer warranties. Depending on the brand, these range from:
- Cold plunge: 1 year
- Sauna: 2 - 4 years on parts and 2 years for manufacturing warranty.
