Whether you’re a beginner or want to reignite your connection to the cold, our signature programme will guide you from 10°C all the way down to 3°C, safely and effectively.

You’ll learn what’s happening in your body. This programme will respond to your pace, and once you reach your new baseline of two minutes at 3°C, you’re ready to explore our further guided plunges with confidence.
