MAINTENANCE
Your Monk comes with a 20 micron filter, and we recommend you change it monthly depending on usage.
Thanks to our powerful and natural ozone sanitisation, you only need to change the water every 2-4 months, depending on usage.
We’ve made changing the water simple: our cooling unit has a reversible flow value, so it will automatically pump the water out via the hose that comes with your Monk, straight into a sink or drain. No manual bailing out water with buckets!
SERVICES & REPAIRS
Our top priority is to fix any problems we can, either over the telephone or in-person with a Monk engineer. Any defective or damaged item that we can’t fix will be repaired or replaced.

FAQS
I'm tall - will I fit inside?
A 6'6 115kg athlete can fit into these babies. We've included three different fill lines internally (fill to 170L, 200L or 230L) to accommodate for all sizes of human.
We built it so all users can submerge up to their necks (which targets your vagus nerve for huge health benefits).
Will it fit in my house?
Yes. We specifically designed Monk to fit through standard doorways – no hiring expensive cranes or removing windows needed here.
How much electricity will it use?
We tested the chiller in our lab, and the power draw was between a minimum of 78W & maximum of 291W, which is comparable to an LED light bulb or fridge freezer.
(That was on our old chiller unit, and we’ve switched to a new generation which is even more efficient).
How do I access the app?
The app will be available to download on iOS or Android in late 2024.
You can pair it with your Monk ice bath on arrival. Instructions will be provided with your delivery.

Depression, anxiety, and stress have been closely linked to chronic inflammation. Not only is anti-inflammation one of CWT’s most profound physiological responses, it’s also proven to stimulate the vagus nerve.
