To join, you must be willing to accept our online NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) confirming you’ll keep everything you test top secret. After all, loose lips sink ships.

Our next big release is the Monk app, which we’ll be beta testing with the Monk Lab in October, before we release it into the wild with our full alpha public test.

Nope. Although users will have the ultimate immersive experience with a Monk bath, our app can be used with any body of cold water – from lakes to DIY ice baths – and so we’ll require both users with and without a Monk. Some of our tests will only be relevant and reserved for Monk ice bath users.
