1.0 Eligibility

• This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Monk, Country & Town House, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

• To enter, participants must sign up via the official Monk competition page.
• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

3.0 Date

• The competition opens on 6th May and closes at 11:59 PM BST on 6th June. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

4.0 Prize

• One winner will receive one Monk Ice Bath (RRP: £5995). The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• No cash alternative will be offered.
• The prize must be delivered to a UK address. Shipping is excluded to the following zones: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and any other non-mainland UK locations.
• Standard delivery is included. If delivery requires more than four staff members, specialist equipment, or unusual access arrangements (e.g. crane, narrow stairways, or multi-storey delivery without lift access), the winner may be required to cover additional delivery costs.

5.0 Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received and notified via email within 7 days of the competition closing date.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Monk reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
